Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with 99xq

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all users of the 99xq platform, including visitors, registered players, and anyone who accesses any portion of the website or services. Your continued use of 99xq following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

99xq reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the platform or by email to your registered address. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document.

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

The 99xq platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. 99xq employs age verification procedures and may request documentary evidence of your age at any time. Where a player is found to be under the minimum age, the account will be closed immediately, all bets placed during the underage period will be voided, and any funds deposited will be returned to the deposit payment method subject to verification.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The 99xq platform is designed and operated for players located in Bangladesh. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino gaming is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you personally. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing 99xq is lawful in your jurisdiction. 99xq makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available in any specific location outside its primary market.

2.3 Mental Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not register or place bets if you are acting under duress, under the influence of substances that impair your judgment, or have been self-excluded from any gambling platform.

3. Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration

To access the betting and gaming services on 99xq, you must register a player account. During registration you will be required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and preferred payment method. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly should any details change.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on 99xq. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, 99xq reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets placed across those accounts, and withhold any bonus funds credited to duplicate accounts. Genuine deposit funds will be returned to the verified payment method.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 99xq will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected].

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

As part of our anti-money laundering and fraud prevention procedures, 99xq may require you to submit identity verification documents before processing withdrawals or where unusual account activity is detected. Accepted documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate for age verification, and a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months for address verification. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal suspension and eventual account closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

99xq supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, all denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳):

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Current limits are displayed on the cashier page within your account.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your 99xq wallet balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfers are credited on the same Bangladesh business day for transfers received before 3:00 PM BST (UTC+6). 99xq does not charge any platform-side fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by the 99xq payments team following verification. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad) are typically completed within minutes of approval. Bank transfers are processed on the same business day for requests submitted before 2:00 PM BST. Withdrawals are only paid out to payment methods that have been used to deposit funds into the account, or to the account holder's verified bank account. 99xq does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on 99xq are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No foreign currency conversion is applied by the platform. Funds deposited in Taka are held in Taka and paid out in Taka. Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your own responsibility.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 99xq platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product — cricket betting, live casino, slots, and skill games each operate under their own rule sets, which are published within the respective product sections of the platform. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail for matters directly relating to that product.

5.2 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation reference number from the 99xq system. In-progress bets displayed on your screen do not constitute a confirmed bet. 99xq reserves the right to refuse any bet at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to bets placed at erroneous odds, bets that exceed applicable stake limits, or bets placed after the relevant event has commenced.

5.3 Void Bets

99xq reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to a system error or human error; (b) the event to which the bet relates was abandoned, cancelled, or subject to significant rule changes; (c) the bet was placed in violation of these Terms or product-specific rules; or (d) the outcome of the event was already known at the time the bet was placed.

5.4 Live Betting

Live betting markets on cricket and other sports are offered subject to data feed availability. 99xq uses third-party data providers for live event data. In the event of a data feed interruption or delay, markets may be suspended at any time without prior notice. 99xq will not be liable for any losses arising from market suspension due to data feed issues.

5.5 Casino & Slot Games

All casino games and slot titles available on 99xq are supplied by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that are independently audited. 99xq does not modify game software or influence game outcomes in any way. 6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

Each offer is governed by its own specific terms, including a minimum qualifying deposit amount, a wagering requirement (the number of times bonus funds must be turned over before withdrawal), eligible games, minimum odds requirements for sports betting bonuses, and an expiry date.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x), which means the bonus amount must be wagered that number of times using real-money bets on eligible products. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play — constitutes a breach of these Terms. 99xq reserves the right to cancel bonus funds, void associated winnings, and close the accounts of players found to be engaging in bonus abuse.

6.4 Promotion Changes

99xq reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Promotions that have already been claimed by a player will be honoured in accordance with the terms that were in place at the time of the claim, subject to these general bonus terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 99xq platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, bet voidance, and fund forfeiture:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform without human oversight
• Collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets
• Match fixing, spot fixing, or any conduct that constitutes corruption of a sporting event
• Money laundering, structuring deposits to evade detection, or using the platform to process funds derived from criminal activity
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes to generate guaranteed profit
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or any technology designed to mask your true geographic location
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the platform's software or security systems
• Using another person's account or payment method without their explicit consent

99xq cooperates with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in cases involving suspected criminal activity. Where prohibited conduct is detected, 99xq reserves the right to freeze account funds pending investigation and to share relevant account data with competent authorities.

8. Security & Privacy

99xq employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all connections to the platform to protect the transmission of your personal and financial data. OTP (one-time password) two-factor authentication is available and strongly recommended for all accounts. Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is published separately at 99xq.io/privacy-policy.

99xq will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. If you receive a communication purporting to be from 99xq requesting your login credentials, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately. We are not liable for losses arising from your disclosure of login credentials to third parties, including in response to phishing attempts.

9. Responsible Gaming

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 99xq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or inability to access the platform.

99xq does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue any service at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or any other reason, with or without notice.

In no event shall 99xq's total aggregate liability to any player exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their 99xq account in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Account Suspension & Closure

12.1 Suspension by 99xq

99xq reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with immediate effect and without prior notice, where: (a) there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms; (b) the account is subject to an ongoing investigation; (c) a chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated; or (d) we are required to do so by any competent authority or legal obligation.

12.2 Closure by the Player

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) Bangladesh business days. Any remaining verified balance in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your verified payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been met and there are no outstanding investigations.

12.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. 99xq reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts, as published in the fee schedule on the platform. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.

13. Changes to These Terms

99xq reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material, we will publish the updated Terms on the platform and, where possible, notify registered players by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree with any changes to these Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes. Any bets placed or transactions completed before the effective date will remain subject to the Terms in force at the time of the transaction.
